MIKE WALLACE
CEO & Founder
Mike is a consummate inventor whose love for creating began in 1980 when he received his first patent. Since then he's authored two computer games, invented and licensed numerous toys, developed automotive software for GM, conceived and led the development of an interactive TV software platform for Ensequence, and was named one of NRN's Most Influential Solutions Providers in 2021.
MIRIAM KIM
COO & Founder
Miriam's unique blend of big company and start-up experience helps her build and lead highly impactful technology teams. After a 12-year tenure at Intel, Miriam built company operations from inception for Ensequence, assembling a team of 40+ employees and overseeing their first product release. Miriam was named one of Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 2021 Women Worth Watching.
JIM COLLINS
President
Jim is a tech industry vet turned restaurant industry innovator whose varied career has one consistent thread: finding ways to maximize revenues for small businesses. He's the former CEO of the successful ghost kitchen pioneer, Kitchen United, and owner of the full-service restaurant Town Kitchen & Grill.
HUGH MACKWORTH
Interim CFO, Director
With a knack for being part of momentous creations, Hugh spent years in various roles supporting instrumental innovations at Xerox, Apple and 3Com before introducing the world to invisible digital watermarking as the founding CEO at Digimarc. Hugh led the Oregon Venture Fund investment team during Perfect's first financing and has been an active board member since inception.
APOLLO
The Perfect Dog
For the last 12 years, Miriam's dog, Apollo, has rooted for the team's success despite his persistently grumpy face. He's always looking up, which reflects a deep sense of optimism as well as his extremely short legs. When he's not sleeping, Apollo likes to hunt crumbs and snort for treats, even if he's already eaten them.

Co-founder, Pure Imagination, Co-founder & CTO of Ensequence, Inventor of Wowwee's Paper Jamz, Mattel's Power Glove, and Tyco's Power Plug, and author of the games Robot Odyssey by The Learning Company and Return to Atlantis by Electronic Arts.​

Director
Hugh has many years of board experience with startups and nonprofits such as The Wild, Technology Association of Oregon, iMove, TechTracker, SignaCert, Saturday Academy, Entrepreneur Foundation NW and OMSI. We're also pleased to have his diverse leadership abilities on board as co-founder of SmartForest Ventures, founding CEO of Digimarc and various roles at Gammalink, 3Com, Xerox PARC and Apple.​

Director
Ralph is currently Chairman of the Board for Qorvo. He brings extensive leadership and transaction experience to the group as previous President and CEO at TriQuint (lead successful merger with Qorvo), VP and General Manager for ON Semiconductor and VP and General Manager for Motorola.
STEPHEN LILE
Director
Cambridge PhD, founder, banking executive and investor with 20-year history of building companies on a global scale and getting exits. Stephen is also a Fellow of Cambridge University Judge Business School, and deeply integrated into the university tech and science ecosystem as a lecturer at the business and engineering schools with expertise in metaverse, workflow automation, media and media technology.

Anand is the Founder and Managing Partner of Gala Capital Partners, LLC, an investment firm focused on lower middle market franchisors, software companies and commercial real estate. The current investment portfolio includes interests in chain restaurants, software & technology, real estate development, franchising and public equities investment.
JAYSON TIPP
After starting a restaurant industry career in store ops in the early 80's, Jayson has held leadership roles in marketing, tech, finance, strategy and development with brands like Starbucks, Potbelly, redbox, Pincho and Papa Murphy's. Recently, Jayson has worked with restaurant-focused tech startups including Bridg, GoTab and Perfect Company. Jayson is currently CMO, Marketing at Pokeworks.
JIM BALIS
Jim specializes in restaurant turnarounds and growth by leveraging proven processes and technology to optimize concept performance. He’s currently staying busy as Managing Director of the Strategic Operations Group at CapitalSpring, CEO at Sizzling Platter and owns LuLu’s Pizza in Boise, ID.
STEVE HEELEY
Steve, the CEO of Pokeworks, is known for embracing innovation to catapult growth while creating world-class cultures built on shared purpose and vision. He comes from the ops side of the business, leading strong, efficient teams at Baja Fresh, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Au Bon Pain before serving as President and CEO of The Earl of Sandwich and then CEO of Veggie Grill.
